Even the death of a person can not stop one from getting a Portuguese Passport. In such a case, the deceased’s descendants can submit the application. Marital status can also help you get a Portuguese nationality if you are married to a citizen of Portugal.


What are the documents required?

You required to have valid birth certificate giving proof of your date and place of birth. A valid and attested marriage certificate is required in case you are married which specifies the date and place of your marriage.
